Drawing Rules

1. All unsold tickets at 12:00 noon on May 18, 2024 become property of NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan
2. Ticket stub is required to enter the grounds.
3. ID will be required on the day of the event for all persons entering the grounds.
4. All children under the age of 6 are free.
5. No Pets are permitted except for service animals.
6. Food and Beverages supplied by NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan are not permitted to leave the grounds.
7. Pop-Up tens are encouraged, but may NOT be set up until the day of the event.
8. Prizes will be awarded only to the valid ticket holder.
9. Ticket holders need not to be present to win.
10. All winners will be notified within 72 hours. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing.
11. Members of NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan are eligible to win.
12. Anyone acting in a disorderly fashion will be removed without refund of ticket fee.
13. NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan or any person, business or organization participating in this drawing assumes no liability for any claims of injury or any other damages incurred from prizes.
14. NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan are not responsible for any injuries, accidents or lost/stolen articles that occur during the event.
15. NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan will not be held responsible for any printing errors, prize availability or substitution.
16. Winners are responsible for any associated fees or licenses.

18. Prizes will be drawn using balls. Winning numbers must exactly match your ticket number.
19. The ticket holder must be present to claim the bonus cash. No one can claim it for the ticket holder.
20. Ticket stubs must be filled out completely and legibly. NFVFC/N.F. Ruritan are not responsible for illegibly writing on stub or for changes in phone numbers. Three attempts will be made to contact each winner via listed phone number.
